Wooden kuba mask from the modern day Democratic Republic of the Congo. Exaggerated facial features on helmet, crest of helmet is a cat figural. Mask has some wearing, especially on the neck line, and a hole at the top of the helmet. There is a crack down the middle of the cat figural. 12-inch diameter, 14 inches tall.
